1

Day #1 - Saturday, October 2nd:
Today is a "travel day" getting us into Ohio for our overnight stop. We'll make rest and meal stops as we travel. Don't forget to set your watches ahead an hour as we enter the Eastern Time Zone. Dinner is included at Bob Evans tonight before checking into our hotel for the evening.

Day #2 - Sunday, October 3rd:
After Breastkaft and a restful night's sleep, we board our coach for another "travel day" to get to our next overnight stop. Again, we'll make rest and meal stops along the way as needed. Dinner is included tonight at Cracker Barrel before checking into our hotel for the night.

3

Day #3 - Monday, October 4th:
Following breakfast we depart for beautiful Manchester, Vermont where we'll visit the Hildene Estate for a tour. Hildene was the summer home of Robert Todd Lincoln and the guided tour includes the estate, gardens and his Pullman car. Lunch is on your own in Manchester before taking you to the Vermont Country Store for a little shopping. Our final stop will be at the hotel where we'll stay 2 nights. Dinner is included this evening at the hotel.

4

Day #4 - Tuesday, October 5th:
Breakfast is included this morning and then we depart for the Rock of Ages Granite Quarry for a guided tour. Here you'll see the quarry and the facility including the working factory and museum. Next we head to Vermont's State Capital - Montpelier where you'll have free time to enjoy lunch and shopping on your own. Afternoon finds us at Morse Sugar Farm where we'll learn a little about maple sugaring followed by a traditional sugar-on-snow. Dinner is served this evening at the hotel.

Day #5 - Wednesday, October 6th:
Our final breakfast is included at this hotel as we check out, saying "goodbye" to the Green Mountains of Vermont and travel into the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Our first stop is at Cannon Mountain where we'll ride the 60-passenger tram to the 4200' summit. Lunch is on your own while at the summit. This afternoon we'll visit the Flume Gorge where you can view the spectacular 800' waterfall. Late afternoon has us checking into our next hotel for a 2-night stay followed by Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day #6 - Thursday, October 7th:
Once again our day begins with breakfast before departing for Lake Winnipesaukee where we'll board the M/S Mount Washington for a scenic one-hour cruise to Wolfeboro. We disembark the boat and you'll have time for lunch & shopping in Wolfeboro. This afternoon we visit the Wright Museum (Dedicated to WWII) and complete our day with an Ice Cream Treat at the Keller Haus. Dinner is on your own this evening in the town of Plymouth.

Day #7 - Friday, October 8th:
Breakfast is served at the hotel before we check out and depart for Stonewall Kitchens for a tour. Here you'll see the production line of their delicious jams & jellies including their wonderful blueberry products. Lunch and shopping will be on your own in the charming town of Ogunquit. This afternoon we'll board the Finest Kind of Lobster Boat for a coastal Maine Cruise while pulling some lobster traps. We check into our hotel for the next two evenings and enjoy Dinner at a local restaurant tonight.

Day #8 - Saturday, October 9th:
Breakfast is served and then we'll enjoy a ride through Kennebunkport (Former Home of the Bush Family) as we continue on to Portland, Maine. Here we'll meet our local Step-on Guide for a tour of the city to include the Eastern Promenade, Saco Bay, The Longfellow House and the Old Port. After the tour, our journey continues on to Freeport, Maine, home to LL Bean for a little shopping and lunch on your own. This evening we depart for Foster's Lobsterbake for a traditional Maine Lobster Dinner.

Day #9 - Sunday, October 10th:
We enjoy a mouth-watering breakfast and then we say "Goodbye" to Maine and begin our journey towards home. This morning we make a stop at Sturbridge Village where you can see how rural life in New England was from 1790 - 1830. Lunch is on your own at the Village. This afternoon we travel to te Village of Sturbridge where we'll visit the Norman Rockwell Museum. Following our museum tour, we travel to Albany, New York to overnight. Dinner is included at the Cracker Barrel.

Day #10 - Monday, October 11th:
Breakfast is included this morning before departing for the first leg of our journey home. We'll make rest and meal stops along the way as needed. Dinner is included this evening at Olive Garden and then we'll check into our hotel for the night in Elyria, Ohio.

Day #11 - Tuesday, October 12th:
Breakfast is included again this morning and then we depart for the final leg of our journey home. We'll make rest & meal stops as needed along the way. Don't forget to set your watches back an hour as we re-enter the Central Time Zone. We'll arrive home early evening.
