Today we depart for The Windy City - Chicago, Illinois. Upon arrival, we drop you at Macy's at the corner of State & Randolph where you can get in a little shopping and lunch on your own. At 1:15 PM we walk the 2 blocks to the Nederlander Theatre for a fantastic performance of "Wicked"! Wicked is Chicago's longest running Broadway Musical. Long before that girl from Kansas arrives in Munchkinland, two girls meet in the Land of Oz. One is born with emerald-green-skin - is smart, firey and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. How these two grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good Witch makes for "the most complete and completely satisfying new musical in a long time".
