After picking up all of our passengers, we head to Galena for a 1 Night stay. We stop along the way for a break and arrive in Galena at 11:00, where you'll be dropped off and you can enjoy lunch on your own. At 1:00 we pick up our Step On Guide for a tour of this lovely, quaint community. Our guide will take us through the streets of Galena showing us all the historical places and give us the history behind them. After the tour you have a little time to get in some shopping before we check into our home for the night - the DeSoto House Hotel. We'll have the evening to relax and enjoy this historical hotel. Dinner is on your own tonight. On Day 2, after breakfast we depart for a little more shopping. The morning is free to enjoy the many shops and boutiques located here. At 9:00 we check out of the hotel and the luggage gets loaded before we set out shopping. Lunch is on your own today before we depart for home. At 2:00, after a great time exploring Galena, it's time to depart for home, taking with us wonderful memories of our time together. We'll make a fast food stop along the way.
