We're headed west this morning to the great state of Colorado for a fun-filled vacation. Upon arrival in Colorado, we take our first train ride on the Georgetown Scenic Railroad followed by an afternoon tour of Denver with a local guide. Our next train ride is aboard Amtrak's California Zephyr as we travel from Denver to Grand Junction. This is an all-day excursion. The following day we'll enjoy a 3-hour Jeep Tour with a Boxed Lunch before we board the Silverton-Durango Railroad. Next, we'll enjoy the Cumbres & Toltec Railroad rideas we make our way to Alamosa, Colorado for the night. Tomorrow we'll board the Royal Gorge Train and visit Garden of the Gods Park. The next day we're off to see the Manitou Cliff Dwellings and ride the Pikes Peak Cog Railway. Dinner is at the Flying W Ranch before we turn in for the night. We then start our journey towards home overnighting as needed.
