This 10-Day Adventure takes us through Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and into New Mexico for an awesome experience. We'll visit several Route 66 attractions and murals. We even make a stop at the Oklahoma City National Memoria for a tour. Along the way we'll visit the Tucumcari Murals and enjoy a "Meet & Greet" with a local artist at the Meyer Gallery. We'll visit the Loretto Chapel with its unusual helix-shaped spiral staircase, make a stop at the Palace of the Governors and visit the O'Keeffe Museum which offers insight into her paintings. The following day, we'll visit the Georgia O'Keeffe House Museum for a 2-1/2 hour tour of the home & gardens. We'll have a full day tour of Sante Fe and also of Taos with a local step-on guide. En route home we'll make a stop at the Amarillo Museum of Art for a tour. As we travel towards Joplin, Missouri, we'll make a stop a the First Americans Museum for a tour. This is going to be a fantastic tour filled with all different kinds of Art.
