What a great way to celebrate the Christmas Season - in Amish Country, Shipshewana, Indiana. Upon arrival, we find our seats for a fantastic performance of Christmas Candy Caper. We check into the Blue Gate Inn and have time to freshen up before Dinner. After dinner, we head to the Lights of Joy drive through before going back to the hotel for the evening as this has been a long day. Tomorrow, we'll spend the entire day learning about the Amish and their ways and if they celebrate Christmas or not. Our Step-on Guide takes us around Amish Country and gives us the history of these unique people. Lunch is included in an Amish Home (an out building- not their home) before our afternoon continues touring this beautiful area. After dropping our guide we depart for Dinner is included and then we'll enjoy a fantastic show by Dean Z - The Ultimate Elvis Entertainer. Before we depart Shipshewana, we've give you a little shopping time in downtown. Lunch will be on your own before we depart.
