What a great way to see Mackinac Island and enjoy the Grand Hotel's Luncheon Buffet. We travel into Michigan where we'll overnight en route to Mackinac Island to Mackinaw City where we'll spend the next 3 nights. We'll see the Old Mackinac Point Lighthouse, visit Colonial Michilimackinac and have some time in Mackinaw Crossings before enjoying Dinner. Tomorrow we depart for Sault Ste. Marie where we'll take an exciting Cruise through the Soo Locks, have time to shop in this quaint city and then enjoy the Tower of History before enjoying Dinner at a local restaurant. Day #4 we board the ferry over to Mackinac Island where we'll take a leisurely Carriage Ride Tour of the Island being dropped off at the Grand Hotel for their luncheon buffet. Following lunch, take time to relax in a rocking chair on the front porch before walking into downtown to shop. We ferry back to the mainland and enjoy Dinner before retiring. Day #5 we enjoy a guided tour of Mackinaw City before departing for our overnight hotel.
