This is going to be a great trip out east to Vermont to celebrate a Currier & Ives Christmas. It will take us 2 days to get to Vermont but upon arrival we'll visit Village Peddler & Chocolatorium in the Green Mountain area. Then we'll go to Waybury Inn for lunch - it's where The Bob Newhart Show was taped. Following lunch, we're off to Dakin Farm for a tour. The next day we'll visit a Vermont Maple Farm, Cold Hollow Cider Mill and then enjoy a delicious Lunch at the von Trapp Lodge - which is featured in the Sound of Music movie. Our afternoon will consist of visiting the Vermont Annex and then we'll enjoy Dinner at a local restaurant. The following day, we start off visiting Woodstock, Vermont - a quintessential New England village and this afternoon we head to the Village of Weston, Vermont for a little shopping. Dinner is included tonight. Our final morning in the Vermont area has us visiting a Christmas Tree Farm where you'll learn how they are grown & harvested.
